Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are shipped from our third-party fulfillment warehouse in Poland.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely.

Standard and express shipping options may be available at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Bulgaria: Typically 3–7 business days.

Other EU countries: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on location.

Canada & USA: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing and carrier schedules.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

5. Customs and Duties

EU shipments (Bulgaria and other EU countries): No customs duties are normally required.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking allows you to follow your package until it arrives at your address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Elah Matcha Ltd is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@elahmatcha.com, We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Special Notes

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
