1. Products
We sell high-quality matcha, hojicha, and related products. Product images are for illustration purposes only—actual appearance may vary slightly. For example, packaging color may appear slightly different due to lighting during photography.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Poland. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs or import duties.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Opened products or products missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to the shipping origin in Poland, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including shipping delays.
