Made from first harvest Yabukita leaves from the same organic farm on mountain slopes as our ceremonial matchas. Unlike those, it's not shade grown, so the flavour stays bold and doesn't fade when mixed.
Good for lattes, smoothies, baking, ice cream, overnight oats. Anything where matcha is sharing the stage.
