Hazuki is a ceremonial matcha built for daily drinking. Clean and gently sweet, it whisks easily, behaves well at home, and doesn't ask much of you to get a good cup.
Made from first harvest Yabukita leaves grown on mountain slopes in Shizuoka, Japan. The plants are shaded for three weeks before picking, which draws out the natural sweetness and keeps any bitterness out of the picture.
Good in a traditional bowl, good over ice. The kind of matcha you keep stocked.
