Made from first harvest Yabukita leaves grown on mountain slopes in Shizuoka. Roasting also brings the caffeine right down, making it a good choice for evenings or for anyone who wants a good cup without the kick.
Good hot, good cold, excellent in a latte. Works well in baking too.
